About Taylor

Taylor is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) passionate about supporting people as they navigate emotional pain, self-discovery, and personal growth. He’s spent the past two years working closely with youth and adolescents in therapeutic settings, and now welcomes clients 12 years and over who are seeking meaningful change.

Taylor uses somatic and mindfulness-based practices, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS), to support emotional regulation, body awareness, and inner balance. He strives to offer a calming, nonjudgmental presence and tailors his approach to meet your unique needs and pace.

However, therapy is not just about techniques, it's about relationships. Taylor sees healing as something that unfolds in connection: when we feel seen, safe, and supported, meaningful change becomes possible. 

Outside of the therapy room, Taylor finds joy and balance in music production and writing, exercise, spending time with family, reading, cooking, and candle making—all practices that ground him in creativity and self-care.

$90 per 60 min session
