About Emress

Emress is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Canyon Mental Health, LLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from West Texas A&M University.

Emress’s therapeutic practice serves adult individuals, couples and families.  She treats issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, marital/premarital relationships, family conflict, and many other challenges.  In her spare time, Emress enjoys camping, overlanding, and going on new adventures with her loving husband and son, and their two dogs. 

Life can be a journey with constant and often rough obstacles. Take heart and know that you do not have to do it alone. Together we can overcome barriers and create goals to achieve a healthy and productive life. I want to help you along the journey to healing and working through difficulties that are causing pain and stress in your life.
