Joshua Crawford is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of Texas, supervised by Sarah Patschke, LCSW-S. He received his Bachelors of Applied Arts and Science with a focus on Special Education and Phycology from West Texas A&M University. He then earned his Masters of Science in Social Work from West Texas A&M University. He has most recently completed 4 Units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through the Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training. Joshua is currently under supervision working toward his clinical license (LCSW) as well as working toward his BCC (Board Certified Chaplain) through the Spiritual Care Association.
Joshua is retired from the U.S. Army where he served overseas in Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as the Director of Specialty Courts in Potter County where he worked with the Justice Involved population, specifically addressing addiction, mental health and personal barriers to stabilization. He also currently works as a Behavioral Health Group Therapist and Chaplain at Northwest Texas Hospital.
His experience and training have lead him to enjoy working with individuals and couples at all ages and in varying stages of life. Joshua has worked with individuals with varying mental health diagnosis, addictions and traumas. He will provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space as you work towards your own growth and healing.
Joshua enjoys practicing his faith, going to church, being a high school small group leader, time outdoors hiking, biking, motorcycles, unicycles, weight lifting, and most importantly spending time with his wife and four children.
